Cancelation and Refund Policy

Our trips require advance chartering of a commercial vessel, crew, permits, and other operating expenses. Because of this, our cancellation policy is strictly enforced.

• More than 7 days before departure: Full refund or free reschedule. 
• Within 7 days of departure: Reservations are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your reservation to another person or request to reschedule, subject to availability and at the discretion of SoCal Ocean Adventures. 

Trips require a minimum number of guests to operate. If the minimum is not met, you will be offered:

• A full refund, or 
• The option to reschedule. 

If a trip is canceled due to weather, unsafe ocean conditions, mechanical issues, or any other safety or operational reason, you will be offered:

• A full refund, or 
• The option to reschedule. 

Guests who fail to arrive before the scheduled departure time or miss the boat are considered no-shows and are not eligible for a refund, credit, or reschedule.

Guests who purchase optional Refund Protection during checkout may be eligible for reimbursement through the refund protection provider, subject to that provider's terms and conditions.
